Simple Quinoa with Coconut Milk Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Quinoa

  • 2 cups water

  • pinch of salt

  • Coconut milk

  • Sugar (to taste)

  • Fruit

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Quinoa as you like but I always rinse my Quinoa before I cook it.

  2. Place Quinoa, water and salt together in pot and bring to a boil.

  3. Once boiling simmer on low for about 15 min until water absorbed

  4. Once done, place a paper towel over off the heat for 5 min to absorb any remaining water

  5. Place in bowl and add in Coconut milk to preferred consistency. I like it a little more milky but whatever works for you.

  6. Add sugar to taste and combine.

  7. Cut up any fruit you love but I particularly love Mango, Peaches and tropical fruits with this.
