Simple Quinoa with Coconut Milk Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup Quinoa
2 cups water
pinch of salt
Coconut milk
Sugar (to taste)
Fruit
Instructions:
Prepare Quinoa as you like but I always rinse my Quinoa before I cook it.
Place Quinoa, water and salt together in pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling simmer on low for about 15 min until water absorbed
Once done, place a paper towel over off the heat for 5 min to absorb any remaining water
Place in bowl and add in Coconut milk to preferred consistency. I like it a little more milky but whatever works for you.
Add sugar to taste and combine.
Cut up any fruit you love but I particularly love Mango, Peaches and tropical fruits with this.
